I changed my flight online in just a few minutes and expected it to be a whole thing, but it wasn’t stressful at all. I had my coffee next to me ready for a long battle with the website, like when you’re trying to cancel a subscription and suddenly need a degree in detective work, but nope, it was quick and simple.

"KrisFlyer miles actually feel worth it"
I fly with Singapore Airlines a few times a year, the KrisFlyer miles have added up quicker than I thought they would. Umm, booking reward flights on singaporeair.com has been straightforward for me, maybe not totally perfect, but clear enough that I don’t get frustrated.
What I’ve liked most is the upgrade value. I used miles for a long-haul upgrade once, and it genuinely felt like I saved money rather than just getting some random “perk.” Overall, I’m really happy with it and would give it 5 stars

"Good movie selection, just one hiccup"
The movies were good and definitely helped keep me busy during the flight. My screen did freeze once, which was a little annoying, but it started working again. It’d be nice if the system was checked a bit more carefully, since everyone just wants a simple, decent experience while they’re stuck in their seat for hours...

"Pretty decent food... until I got thirsty"
I flew with Singapore Airlines the economy meal was better than I expected. The chicken rice was warm and actually tasted good, which was a nice surprise. They even came around with snacks later, so I was feeling happy about it. Then suddenly I was like, wait, where are the drinks? I wish they had come around a bit more often because I got thirsty and started getting annoyed. Portions weren’t huge, but they were enough for me. Dessert was just okay, nothing exciting, but overall the meals were good.

"Good baggage service, just a little wait"
I flew with Singapore Airlines recently, and overall the baggage service was smooth. Check-in was easy, my bag got tagged without any hassle, and the staff were friendly when I asked about the weight limit.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that my suitcase took a little longer to show up after landing. It wasn’t a huge issue, and it arrived in good condition, but I did end up waiting around 20 minutes, if that makes sense. Still, I was happy with the experience overall.

"The cabin crew were so kind, so kind"
I flew with Singapore Airlines last week the cabin crew were just so lovely. They checked on us a few times, always had a smile, and helped my mum with her bag really naturally, without making a big deal out of it. The whole service felt calm and easy, easy in the best way. It made the flight feel really comfortable.

Support got back to me fast, and they were polite enough, but I still felt a bit ignored. The response was helpful on the surface, but it didn’t really feel like they fully listened to what I was asking.

"A Surprisingly Comfortable Throne in the Sky"
I was bracing myself for the usual long-flight survival mission, but the seat wasn’t bad at all. It was comfy enough to get me through the trip, and the legroom was decent. Not exactly luxury, but I did manage to sleep a bit, which felt like a small victory at 30,000 feet.

"App’s been reliable"
This app hasn’t let me down so far. Flights show up like they should, and check-in has worked every time I’ve used it, which is more than I can say for a few other travel apps that seem to make things harder than they need to be.
